SHE FILLED THEIR LIVES
AND WARMED THEIR BED

HOLLAND, GERMANY, BELGIUM AND FRANCE
SHE TRAVELED THE WORLD
SHE DID THE SWEETEST LITTLE DANCE

HER LIFE WAS SO WONDERFUL
SAYING GOOD BYE TOO SOON, TRAGIC
WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER
MAGGIE AND HER MAGIC.

A few years ago a very special lady contacted me looking for a small female beagle. She was from Holland and most of the beagles there are quite large. Well, we had several litters with lots of males but no females and then little Maggie was born. Mariel was still waiting for her little beagle and Maggie seemed like a perfect fit. Mariel and her husband, Fred flew over and picked up their new little beagle and since then our little Maggie has been a world traveler, an adored family member and precious little girl.

I still cannot believe
that you have been taken from us
Your lovely, happy face I constantly seeYou touched all and everybody around you

You were almost four years old but still looked like a puppy
You had the eternal youth but not the eternal life

Far too young but experienced a lot (good and bad)
we unexpectedly had to say goodby
that hurts, very much hurts

We have surrounded you with love
done everything for you but could not prevent this from happening

It will become lonely, very lonely without you
Your happy wag of the tail, your funny dancing steps they are no more

Maggie, you were so special, so sweet, so happy, so innocent
Why did this happen to you. It is not fair

I miss you so terribly my little princess
You should have become old and happy with us but it was not to be

I know that you are in heaven now
but do not want to accept it yet
No place is good enough for you,
therefore you are to sweet - to nice, than the only place with us
Although you are now gone, you will always be in my hart

Since her Mom works for the airlines, Maggie was treated royally.

Maggie became a world traveler. She checks her luggage carefully to be sure that all of her goodies are there. She even had her own passport to travel around Europe.

She knew that she was so, so special.

Our precious girl died in a traggic accident May, 2007. Even though we had not seen her in a long time, it is a crushing blow to us and her human family. She was so very special.
